With Carga Activa, you will never be left without balance!

Now with Carga Activa, you can top up your bip! card, check your balance in real-time (without delays), and if your phone has NFC, activate your remote top-ups by simply placing your bip! card on the back of the phone.

Important: Carga Activa operates through NFC technology found in phones; therefore, it is essential that your mobile device has NFC capability and that the NFC chip is compatible with the bip! card to enable its reading.

How does Carga Activa work?

1. First, download the Carga Activa app.
2. Once the application is downloaded, click the "Top up your bip!" button to load your card.
3. After the transaction is complete, press the "Activate your bip! top-up" button from the menu, bring your card close to the back of your phone, wait for the confirmation message, and voilà! Your card is loaded.
4. You can also check your balance in real-time (with no delays). Just click on "Check your bip! balance" from the menu, bring your card to the back of the phone, and done!

Considerations:

• Ensure you have an internet connection and stable signal.
• Try moving your card across the back of the phone to locate the NFC chip. Manufacturers typically place the NFC chip near the camera or at the center of the device. You'll know you've found the chip when the app initiates.
• Once you locate the NFC chip, do not move the card until the operation is complete.
